Sheldon L. Watts is a dedicated community leader and accomplished professional whose career spans corporate technology, public service, and nonprofit leadership. With more than 28 years of experience in the global technology industry, including key roles in business operations and data privacy and security management, he has also served the community as a Bolingbrook Zoning Board of Appeals Commissioner, DuPage Township Trustee, and Village of Bolingbrook Trustee. He has led numerous community initiatives, including serving as Chairman of the Will County Center for Community Concerns Board, President and Founder of the Bolingbrook STEM Association, and Founder of the Alliance For Civic Engagement.
Today, Sheldon remains deeply committed to open and responsive government, strengthening communities through support for housing, mental health, and public safety, and building a stronger future through sustainable infrastructure, improved transportation, and expanded economic opportunity across Will County.
